Salvagnini L3-30.G4 8 kW

The Salvagnini L3-30.G4 fiber laser with an 8 kW source cuts steel, stainless steel and aluminium up to 25 mm thick and copper and brass up to 10 mm. The beam is generated by the laser and delivered through an optical fiber, so the L3 works faster and more accurately, with greater reliability and better performance. The simple design makes production changeovers easier and reduces maintenance costs: the system has no mirrors, and a lightweight single-lens head is suitable for all metals and thicknesses. Thanks to the light head, the machine works at high speeds without inertia that would impair part quality.

Energy consumption up to 70% lower makes the L3 a productive machine for high-quality parts at minimal cost: with a maximum absorbed power of 34 kW, the average is 20 kW. With the ACUT option, the machine cuts sheets up to 20 mm thick with compressed air. The L3 can be connected to automation systems for 24/7 operation with high productivity.
