- Exceptional Versatility and Multitasking ("All-in-One"): The LINEA series machines make it possible to efficiently combine several manufacturing processes on a single technological platform. A single gantry can integrate high-precision plasma cutting (including 5-axis bevel cutting), traditional oxy-fuel cutting with up to 12 torches, heavy-duty mechanical drilling and tapping up to the ISO50 standard, as well as various marking methods (pin-stamp, plasma, inkjet, laser, etc.).
- Smart Digital Control and Process Automation: The proprietary SOITAAB CNC system with an intuitive color touchscreen comes equipped with a technological parameter database built on the company's long-standing experience. The CNC fully controls the automatic gas consoles and proportional valves for each torch. This eliminates manual setup errors, automates pressure adjustments, and guarantees perfect edge quality and high accuracy even when cutting small-diameter holes.
- Ideal Geometric Stability and Durable Structure: Frame designs are engineered with a margin of safety for heavy mechanical loads and intense thermal exposure. Most LINEA models feature a rigid dual-beam system (a front working beam with high-precision linear guides and a rear reinforcement beam). Heavy-duty machines are additionally equipped with special protective steel shields beneath the frame and on the side walls to effectively dissipate heat during extreme-thickness cutting.
- High Precision Drives and Time Savings: Dual longitudinal drives with digital brushless motors operate on absolute coordinates. The system continuously retains precise tool positions even during emergency or planned power shutoffs. This eliminates the need for the operator to perform zero-point homing procedures before each launch, significantly reducing downtime—especially when processing extra-long sheets (on tables up to 60 meters long or more).
