Euromac MTX Plus Flex Hybrid 12 1250/30-2500

The MTX Plus Flex Hybrid series are complete sheet metal processing centers capable of punching, forming, bending, and threading. The variety of models is determined by the number of tool stations (6 or 12), the length of the X-axis working area, and the possibility of equipping an automatic unloading system for finished parts.

• FLEX Hybrid System: Patented technology combines hydraulic power with electronic precision, allowing programmable speed, acceleration, and dwell time for each stroke with low power consumption (average 4.5 kW/h).

• Upforming System: The presence of retractable dies (up to 6 mm lift) provides exceptional flexibility during forming and completely eliminates scratches on the metal surface during sheet movement.

• High Dynamics: The use of dual motors on the Y-axis increases acceleration by 50%, which significantly improves overall productivity.

• Maximum Tooling: The turret allows for the installation of up to 66 tools simultaneously, of which up to 30 can be indexable.

• Unloading Automation: The optional Side chute door allows for the automatic removal of finished parts up to 1250x1000 mm without operator intervention.
